2022-yil 7-sentabrdan boshlab Yaponiya mamlakatga kelgan Covid-19 ga qarshi to'liq emlash to'g'risidagi amaldagi sertifikatiga ega bo‘lgan yo‘lovchilarga PZR-testining manfiy natijasini taqdim etish bo‘yicha ilgari majburiy bo‘lgan talabni bekor qildi.  
 
Biroq, shuni ta'kidlash kerakki, Covid-19 ga qarshi to'liq emlanganlik sertifikatiga ega bo'lmagan yo'lovchilar PZR-testining manfiy natijasini (amal qilish muddati 72 soat) taqdim etish majburiydir.
