Payment of funds on deposit vouchers

Starting from July 01, 2021 Uzbekistan Airways JSC refunds the amounts previously issued with deposit vouchers according to the following rules:

• Upon presentation of vouchers issued a year ago or more, a bonus of 5% is paid.
• If passengers request a refund early (earlier than a year after the voucher was issued), the refund is made without providing a bonus of 5%.

In this case, the refund can be made:

• On the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan - by the branch of Uzbekistan Airways Sales JSC in Tashkent, the cash register at the international airports of Uzbekistan, as well as by agencies that previously issued such a voucher.
• Outside the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, at any point closest to the location of the passenger. authorized agents and representative offices of the airline, the list of which is published on the official website of the airline.

The issuance of deposit vouchers when refunding an air ticket is made at the request of the passenger with a bonus of 5% in the following cases:

• issuing a new air ticket with payment with a deposit voucher no earlier than 3 months after issuing such a voucher;
• upon presentation of vouchers for refund one year after its issuance.

To voluntarily issue a voucher and return the amounts issued by the voucher, the passenger can contact the agent or the airline's representative office only in the country of the original purchase of the ticket.
