We inform all passengers of Uzbekistan Airways that from September 13, 2021, Ukraine has established new entry rules for citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
All citizens of Uzbekistan to enter Ukraine need to have an insurance policy (certificate) issued by an insurance company registered in Ukraine, covering the costs associated with the treatment of COVID-19, observation, and valid for the entire period of stay in Ukraine.
And also, citizens arriving in Ukraine from Uzbekistan are required to represent:

proof of receipt of one or more doses of COVID-19 vaccine that are approved by WHO for use in emergencies; or
-
a foreign COVID certificate confirming vaccination against COVID-19 with vaccines that are approved by WHO for use in emergency situations, a negative PCR test result or a person's recovery from COVID-19; or
-
negative result of a PCR test or a rapid test for the determination of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus antigen, which was done no more than 72 hours before entry.
Tests for entry into Ukraine are not required for vaccinated persons and children under 12 years of age.
Self-isolation does not apply if, within 72 hours from the moment of entry, you undergo PCR testing or do a rapid antigen test and get a negative result.
It is worth noting that all citizens of Uzbekistan over 18 years old who have not been vaccinated against coronavirus and cross the state border for entry are required to have a negative test result and install a mobile application to monitor Vdoma self-isolation, regardless of the period of stay in Ukraine. The application can be downloaded from Google Play, App Store (Vdoma).
