A meeting of airline representatives abroad was held at the head office of Uzbekistan Airways on the results of 2023 and plans for 2024. Representatives providing services for flights and passengers in foreign countries where Uzbekistan Airways planes operate regular flights gathered in Tashkent (flights are operated to New York, London, Milan, Frankfurt, Riga, cities of Turkey, Tel Aviv, Jeddah, cities of the UAE, cities of the Russian Federation, Baku, Tbilisi, cities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Dushanbe, Bishkek, cities of the People's Republic of China, Delhi, Seoul, Tokyo, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta). Over the course of two days, reports were heard on the results of their work, problematic issues and ways to solve them were discussed.

The representatives were addressed by the heads of the airline's commercial and financial departments. Thanks to the work of the entire team of the joint-stock company, including specialists located at foreign points, over 5 million passengers were transported in 2023, the number of flights performed increased significantly - 32,333 paired flights versus 28,127 in 2022. The figures for cargo transportation on passenger aircraft have also increased - over 28.7 thousand tons.

The national air carrier of the Republic of Uzbekistan plans for 2024 to improve the performance of the previous year, open new destinations and resume flights with Rome and Mumbai.
