Uzbekistan Airways Joint Stock Company held a visiting reception in the building of government, in Termez, Surkhandarya region. The event was actively attended by residents of Surkhandarya region, travel companies, entrepreneurs, individuals and legal entities, active youth, representatives of the media, and bloggers.
At the beginning of the event, representatives of the airline spoke about the large-scale work done since the beginning of the year, and about the ongoing promotions for the convenience of passengers. Replenishing the fleet, restoring and opening new flights is the main task of Uzbekistan Airways in the coming years.
Issues of concern to passengers were raised, and their requests were comprehensively studied. Most of the issues were resolved on the spot. Responsible airline managers were given appropriate instructions regarding requests that require additional study.
The main purpose of the meeting was to consider on-site solutions to issues related to the transportation of passengers and that need to be resolved to improve the quality of service for passengers. This ultimately strengthens people’s faith in justice and tomorrow. The goal is one - to hear everyone, study and solve the problems of the population.
Air transportation sales agents and representatives of tourism organizations shared their vision of issues that require improvement based on global experience. All wishes were carefully studied and taken for further development and implementation.
At the offsite reception, there were raised questions about the resuming of flights from Termez city to Istanbul, Turkey, and flights operation from Termez International Airport to other countries of the world. Visitors were also interested in the criteria required when hiring a flight attendant. In addition, young participants in the open dialogue offered to organize a trip to Uzbekistan Airways office in Tashkent. Dilorom Kaimbaeva, acting press secretary for the airline, noted that this proposal will be considered.
