“Uzbekistan Airways” JSC contact center switched to 7/24 mode

From July 1, 2021, the contact center of “Uzbekistan Airways” JSC for passengers switched to a round-the-clock operating mode. According to the “Uzbekistan Airways” information service, now citizens will be able to consult with the operators of the center at any time of the day, 7 days a week, including holidays.

We note, that by calling +99878 140 02 00 passengers can get advice on: COVID-19 requirements, availability and cost of air tickets, current schedule of domestic and international flights, order special meals or find out baggage allowance, how to transport children under 2 years old and order them a special travel cradle.

According to statistics, about a thousand people a day call to the contact center for information and reference issues.
