On May 25-26, the trade union and Department of Social Policy and Spirituality of Uzbekistan Airways organized a team building activity for the youth of the airline and its affiliated companies, with a trip to the leisure zone in the Kumushkana Mountains.
Employees of Uzbekistan Airways, coming together in friendly teams, participated in sports competitions, attended a seminar, and performed role-plays. The team building event helped employees improve skills crucial for working in a large team: strategic thinking, teamwork, and enhanced communication.
