Dear passengers, please observe the rules of behavior on board the aircraft!

Due to the fact that violation of the rules of behavior by passengers on board the aircraft not only threatens safety, reduces passenger comfort, but also leads to additional workload for flight and ground personnel, the management of Uzbekistan Airways JSC adheres to the following policy with regard to violators:

- not to leave any violation of the rules of passenger behavior without consequences with the application of appropriate sanctions;

- provide all possible assistance to law enforcement agencies in bringing violators to justice and applying appropriate sanctions to them.

Thus, on flight HY686 of December 31, 2024, route Sochi – Tashkent, one of the passengers of the flight violated the rules of behavior on board the aircraft by consuming alcoholic beverages, reacting aggressively to the remarks of flight attendants, creating discomfort to the passengers of the flight, allowing himself indecent actions towards the airline staff.

 Upon arrival in Tashkent, officers of the Transportation Security Department of Tashkent International Airport were called on board, who conducted an investigative inspection of the offender and submitted the collected material to the court.

 According to the court decision, the passenger was found guilty under articles 41-1 (sexual harassment) and 187 (consumption of alcoholic beverages in public places). The citizen was sentenced to five days of arrest. He was also fined 1 BСV (375 thousand soums).

Remember, compliance with airline rules is the safety and comfort of passengers, and appropriate sanctions will be applied to violators.
