Information for passengers traveling to the cities of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus!

In accordance with the requirements of the customs authorities of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, the import of non-smoking tobacco products ("nasvai"), as well as the harmala plant ("isirik") in these countries is strictly prohibited in any form. 

Fines and other legal consequences, including criminal liability, are provided for violations of this prohibition (Articles 228 and 231 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
