May 9 – Day of Remembrance and Honor

Today, a solemn event was held in honor of the Day of Remembrance and Honor.

Participants honored the courage, bravery, and heroism of World War II veterans and soldiers who died in the line of duty during the years of independence, defending the freedom of the homeland and peace of the people.

May 9 is a piece of every family's history. With a feeling of boundless gratitude and sorrow we remember the names of those who were not destined to return from the battlefields and those who, without sparing their lives, worked on the home front.

The bright memory of them will forever remain in our hearts!
