As we have already reported, we receive a lot of requests for refunds and rebooking of air tickets for canceled flights every day.

We inform you that refund and payment procedures for air tickets for canceled flights are made in a order as requests are received.

We would like to remind you that refunds or rebooking of tickets for flights of our airline, which will be performed after the restrictions are lifted, are carried out without any penalties and sanctions.

Please also note that the validity of the ticket is one year.
