Uzbekistan Airways announces acceptance of documents for pilots selection

From November 1, 2021, “Uzbekistan Airways” JSC announces the acceptance of documents for the selection of candidates for retraining for aviation equipment. Acceptance of applications for participation in the competitive selection will be held from November 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 from among the graduates of Civil Aviation schools and holders of Civil Aviation pilot certificates.

Requirements for candidates from among graduates of CA flight educational institutions:

• Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, citizens aged from 21 to 35 years old;

• Availability of a valid passport or identity card (ID Card), as well as an international passport;

• Diploma (Certificate) of graduation from a flight educational institution and a document confirming the volume of training and flying hours on one and two-engine aircraft at least 150 hours;

• Break after graduation from the flight school no more than 12 months;

• Certificate of completion of training under the IR program (Instrument rating);

  • Flight book or its analogue;
  • A valid document issued by the Aviation Administration of a foreign state or the Republic of Uzbekistan, confirming the level of English proficiency on the ICAO scale;
  • Civil Aviation Pilot License (CPL);
  • A document confirming higher education recognized in Uzbekistan (nostrification), if any;
  • For male candidates, the presence of a military certificate of the Republic of Uzbekistan with a mark of fitness for military service.
  • Requirements for candidates from among holders of Civil aviation pilot licenses are as follows:
  • Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, citizens under the age of 50;
  • Availability of a valid passport or identity card (ID Card), as well as an international passport
  • Flight time as a AC or co-pilot at least 500 hours;
  • Certificate of Civil Aviation Pilot (CPL, ATPL) issued by the Aviation Administration of a foreign state or the Republic of Uzbekistan;
  • There is no more than 12 months interruption in flight work prior to the date of application.
  • Document on graduation from the Civil Aviation School;
  • A valid document issued by the Aviation Administration of a foreign state or the Republic of Uzbekistan, confirming the level of English proficiency on the ICAO scale;
  • Labor book or official certificate of work and positions held for the last 5 years;
  • Document on undergoing retraining on an aircraft operated by “Uzbekistan airways” (if the candidate has such a document);
  • Motivation letter in Uzbek, Russian or English about the reasons that prompted to look for a job as a pilot in “Uzbekistan Airways”;
  • Letter of recommendation in Uzbek, Russian or English.
