Uzbekistan Airways Catering is an environmentally certified facility, operating in accordance with the sanitary regulations (SanPiN) of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

At Uzbekistan Airways Catering, daily waste removal is carried out using designated specialized vehicles. The facility includes designated spaces for the temporary storage and shipment of waste, where regular sanitation and disinfection procedures are conducted.
The company strictly complies with all ecological regulations. In particular, Uzbekistan Airways Catering manages:
• Initial sorting,
• Proper packaging,
• Storage of waste,
all in accordance with certified environmental standards.
Certified waste handling includes:
• Wiping cloth waste: 150 kg (in compliance with GOST 30774-2001 and SanPiN RUz N 0293-11)
• Polymers: 2,680 kg (in compliance with GOST 10354-82)
• Glass waste: 50 kg (in compliance with SanPiN RUz 0293-11)
As of the first quarter of 2025, a total of 712 cubic meters of industrial and domestic waste has been removed, amounting to 71,751,713 UZS.
