Uzbekistan Airways – most attractive employer in Uzbekistan

Uzbekistan Airways achieved first place in the ranking of the most attractive employer brands according to a study by The Talentist.

The presentation of the results and the award ceremony took place on November 23, 2023 as part of the Human Capital Days in Uzbekistan Forum. More than 3,500 respondents in Uzbekistan assessed the 100 largest companies in terms of personnel. The final rating included 33 organizations. Uzbekistan Airways won with a score of 77.66%.

When preparing the rating, employer companies were assessed based on five indicators: good wages, pleasant working atmosphere, interesting work, high-quality company services/products and convenient location.

The airline will continue to actively work to create better working conditions that promote the well-being and professional development of employees.
