Today, a seminar was held in the city of Samarkand, bringing together regional representatives and structural divisions of Uzbekistan Airways. The seminar focused on the airline’s preparedness for the Autumn-Winter navigation season, discussed ways to improve onboard and airport services, and featured presentations highlighting key performance indicators from the first nine months of 2024. Plans for 2025 were also presented.
Additionally, feedback and suggestions from passengers received over the past nine months were reviewed, helping to refine processes and prevent future issues.
