When dreams come true

The Training Center, which is the main educational institution for the training and retraining of aviation personnel in the Republic of Uzbekistan, hosted an “Open Day”. The event was held as part of a project aimed at popularizing aviation professions, in particular, a pilot and a Flight Dispatch/Operational Control Center flight support specialist. 

Students of the Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent, representatives of the airline and the Training Center attended in this event. Shukhrat Khudaikulov, Chairman of the Board of Uzbekistan Airways JSC, noted that the government pays great attention to the aviation sector and the training of aviation personnel. He also dwelled on the issues of supporting initiative young people and their career guidance. The heads of the Flight Service of Uzbekistan Airways JSC and the Training Center spoke about the working conditions in the airline.

During the meeting, the requirements for candidates for employment at Uzbekistan Airways JSC, the stages of employment and training of future pilots were explained in detail. For young people, it was held a tour over the Training Center and aircraft simulators were demonstrated.
