Purpose, accumulation and expiration date of status points

Status points are accumulated on the participant’s personal account and when they reach a certain quantitative level, make it possible for the participant to receive privileged SILVER or GOLD statuses. The use of active bonus points by a participant or their expiration date on a personal account during the period of validity of the privileged status does not entail a change in this status.

NOTE: Upon entry into force of these Rules, status points will begin to be calculated from January 1 of the current year.

The validity period of the “Silver” status begins from the moment the participant accumulates 50,000 reward points.

The validity period of the “Gold” status begins from the moment the participant accumulates 75,000 points.

The validity period of the “Silver” or “Gold” privileged status received by the participant begins from the moment of accumulation of 50,000 or 75,000 points, respectively and is valid until the end of the current year and the year following the current one. For owners who already have a privileged status, status points are reset to zero every year on January 10 and the status points accrual counter starts counting again.

Cancellation of status points does not affect the number of active points in the account used to receive premium services. If a privileged participant has collected/confirmed over the previous year a sufficient number (50,000/75,000) of status points giving the right to possess one of the privileged statuses, then after the cancellation of expired status points on January 10, he will receive another privileged status. If a passenger has not accumulated a sufficient number of status points over the previous year, then his status is demoted to the first lower level. For example, if you have GOLD status and collect less than 75,000 points, the member status is downgraded to SILVER. If you have SILVER status and collect less than 50,000 points, the member status is downgraded to PREMIUM.

An exception to this rule is made in the case of:

  • If a passenger became a member less than 12 months before January 10 of the next year, then his status points for the current year are not reset and are valid until the end of the next year.
