Transportation of a passenger on a stretcher - recumbent passenger
A request to consider the possibility of transportation must be sent no later than 72 hours before the planned transportation and can be completed only after receiving confirmation of the possibility of its implementation from the Airline.
Transportation of a passenger on a stretcher (STCR) is possible only when departing on direct scheduled flights of the Airline only from Tashkent or to Tashkent, accompanied by at least one adult.
A set of necessary documents for transportation of a recumbent passenger:
- Passport of the passenger and accompanying persons.
- Medical certificate with diagnosis in English, Russian or Uzbek.
- Permission from the hospital, medical institution or attending physician for the flight (FIT TO FLY) in English, Russian or Uzbek, issued no more than 7 days before the departure date.
- A list of necessary medical equipment for the flight.
The Airline has the right to refuse transportation in the absence of the technical capability of the aircraft’s equipment or for other reasons at the discretion of the Airline.
The airline does not provide medical support and additional equipment required for passenger transportation on a stretcher.

Important! In some foreign airports, additional material costs may be required, paid by the passenger himself, for loading/unloading and transporting the passenger on a stretcher to the aircraft.
