Event dedicated to emergency vigilance and compliance

In order to maintain vigilance, preserve life and health of the employees of Uzbekistan Airways JSC, as well as in accordance with the planned training sessions in the structural subdivisions of the airline, on 13 February this year, in the building of Uzbekistan Airways Sales branch, a training session was held on the following topics: "Organisation and improvement of seismic safety system" and "Procedure of personnel actions in case of natural and man-made emergencies".

In recent years, Uzbekistan has implemented large-scale measures to develop the protection of the population and territories from natural and man-made emergencies, as well as comprehensive measures to ensure seismic safety. Participants in the event were briefed on how to act in the event of a natural disaster and how to provide first aid. Such drills are held to prevent the emergence and development of life-threatening situations not only among Uzbekistan Airways Sales employees, but also among passengers on the territory of the branch.

At the end of the event, a video film "The Destructive Power of the Earth" prepared by specialists of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan and dedicated to emergencies and natural disasters was also shown.
