Join the Mystery Passenger Program

In order to improve the activities of Uzbekistan Airways JSC and receive feedback from passengers, on December 15, 2021, the Mystery Passenger program was launched, which provides an opportunity to assess the quality level of the airline's services on board the aircraft. Over 4 months, more than 1,300 participants of the program became mystery passengers of the airline and helped Uzbekistan Airways identify service elements that require special attention and improvement.

Any passenger of Uzbekistan Airways over 18 years old can become a member of the program. The number of participants is not limited. Applications are accepted at any time during the calendar year.
